In June 2005, Gerald Tschudy and Tschudy Construction, Inc. became licensed as a Certified General Contractor to perform work in the state of Florida.
In the construction industry, this license is recognized as one of the most difficult to receive, and is only awarded after passing an intensive examination
of construction and business knowledge, and meeting a series of state regulated requirements.
